 League Fee 

• $50/person - ALL members must pay league fee regardless of number of team members. This fee covers prizes and banquets throughout the season. 

Course Fee

• Riding League Member (includes green fees and weekly cart rental at discounted rate) - $600.00 
• Walking League Member (includes green fees) - $450.00
• Crystal Lake Season Pass Holder (included in annual fee) - $0
• All payments will be made directly to Crystal Lake Golf Course. 
  • Crystal Lake will accept cash, check or card. Payment made using a card is subject to a 3% surcharge as reflected in the cost chart above. 
• Team captains, please remind all teammates to pay all fees as soon as possible. 
  • Tee times will not be assigned until payment has been received from all members. 
• Special instructions for teams composed of 5 or more golfers: The team captain will make payment for the entire team, collecting from members as determined by the team. The team total will depend on the number of walking or riding members. Each golfer must pay the $50 league fee as that fee covers special events and the league meeting to which all golfers are invited. 

Riding League Member

$50 + $600 = $650 (Cash/Check) or $669.50 (Credit Card)

Walking League Member 

- Includes League Fee and Green Fees

$50 + $450 = $500 (Cash/Check) or $515.00 (Credit Card)

Crystal Lake Season Pass Holder

- Includes League Fee

 4/3/2 Person Teams

• Each team’s identified captain must complete and submit the 2026 online team registration form as soon as possible and no later than February 6th to have priority status.

  • To complete the form, the captain will need to verify the continued participation of each teammate and their preferred status (walking or riding), provide contact information (name, email address, phone) for each member; and request a standing team time within a range that accommodates the schedules of their team members. 
• Tee times will be assigned considering the schedules of all teams. Last year we were able to accommodate each team within the range of times indicated with registration. 
  • Being the first to register does not prioritize a team for a certain tee time. 
  • Returning teams will receive priority over any new teams. 
• Those teams that voluntarily include more than 4 members must alternate golfers to not exceed the 4-person weekly maximum. The course fees due for the team will be shared among team members. 
  • Golfers who “share” a spot on a team must decide whether they will both register as riding or walking league members. 
• The Crystal Lake Women's Golf League does NOT require a Golf Handicap Index Number (GHIN) however one can be obtained through the pro shop for an additional cost. 

Individual 

• Individual golfers registering will be combined to form teams. League organizers will work to match golfers requesting similar tee times.
